Home for the Holidays: 100 Black Men of Prince George's County Annual Gala at Martin's Crosswinds

On December 19, 2025, Martin's Crosswinds in Greenbelt, Maryland set the scene for one of Prince George's County's most anticipated end-of-year celebrations. The 100 Black Men of Prince George's County gathered for their annual Home for the Holidays Gala — an evening of elegance, community, and purpose that has become a signature moment in the DMV's philanthropic calendar.

A Legacy of Service

The 100 Black Men of Prince George's County brings together doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders united behind a common goal: empowering the youth of Prince George's County.. The annual gala is the organization's signature fundraising event, and every dollar raised goes directly back into the community.

Donations support tutoring, scholarships, and program implementation that positively impact the lives of more than 300 boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 18.  For an organization rooted in mentorship and service, the gala is more than a celebration — it's a statement of commitment to the next generation.

The Evening

Guests arrived dressed for the occasion, filling Martin's Crosswinds with the energy of a community that takes both its celebrations and its responsibilities seriously. The room reflected what this chapter has always represented: Black excellence in service, showing up for each other and for the young people counting on them.

The evening brought together supporters, sponsors, and community stakeholders for an night of food, fellowship, and fundraising — all anchored by the shared understanding that the work being done in Prince George's County matters.

Why It Matters

The 100 Black Men of Prince George's County exists to be social champions who unite behind the empowerment of youth— and the annual gala is where that mission gets its fuel. In a county with as much potential and as much need as Prince George's, the presence of an organization this intentional is not just valuable. It's necessary.

The Home for the Holidays Gala closed out 2025 the right way: with community, purpose, and a room full of people who understand that investing in young people is the most important work there is.
