Terms and Conditions

**1. Booking Confirmation and Payment:**
  - A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable booking fee.
  - The booking fee amount will be specified in the contract and is required to secure the date and time of the photography session.
  - The remaining balance must be paid no less than 7 before the day of the event or session.

**2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:**
  - In the event of cancellation by the client, the booking fee is non-refundable.
  - If the client wishes to reschedule, a minimum of 3 days' notice is required. Rescheduling is subject to the photographer's availability.

**3. Photographer's Responsibilities:**
  - The photographer will make every effort to capture high-quality images as agreed upon in the contract.
  - The photographer will provide the agreed-upon number of edited images within 1-2 weeks of the session or event.
  - In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the photographer from fulfilling their duties, a substitute photographer will be provided

**4. Client's Responsibilities:**
  - The client is responsible for providing a detailed schedule of the event or session and any specific shots or requirements.
  - Any changes to the schedule should be communicated to the photographer in a timely manner.
  - Cooperation and communication with the photographer are essential for a successful session.

**5. Image Usage and Copyright:**
  - The photographer retains the copyright to all images.
  - The client is granted personal use rights to the images for non-commercial purposes.
  - The client agrees not to sell, publish, or distribute the images for profit without the photographer's written consent.

**6. Model Release:**
  - The client grants the photographer the right to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online portfolios, social media, and marketing materials.

**7. Liability:**
  - The photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session or event.
  - The client is responsible for the behavior of all individuals involved in the session or event.

**8. Delivery of Images:**
  - Digital images will be delivered in a format specified by the photographer.
  - The client is responsible for providing accurate contact information for delivery.

**9. Editing and Retouching:**
  - The photographer will provide basic editing and retouching of images.
  - Requests for extensive retouching beyond the photographer's standard practices may incur additional charges.

**10. Governing Law:**
  - This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
