Service Description
Prom night is already an investment. The portraits should reflect it. You will not be rushed. You will not be left guessing. Every frame is directed with intention. When You Reserve, You Secure: • Up to 30 minutes of on-location coverage (arrivals, portraits, and key moments) • Individually directed portraits • Couple portraits when applicable • Immediate family portraits • 12 professionally retouched images delivered via private online gallery • Full gallery available for purchase Additional Coverage: $175 per additional 30 minutes. Recommended for larger group participation or multi-location coverage. Coverage includes locations within 15 miles of Clinton, MD. Travel beyond this range may require an additional fee. The 2026 Prom Season is now booking. Availability narrows as spring approaches. This is structured portrait coverage. Not casual snapshots.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions booked with KLS Image Photography are subject to the following general policies to ensure a seamless, professional experience for every client. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured upon completion of the booking process. Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Requests made within 72 hours of the session are considered final, as time and preparation have been reserved exclusively for your booking. Online booking is available for eligible services and may be completed up to 12 months in advance. Some services may have minimum booking windows or limited availability based on location, scope, or season. KLS Image Photography reserves the right to manage availability, adjust schedules when necessary, and ensure each session receives the appropriate level of preparation, creative direction, and attention. These policies are in place to protect both the client experience and the integrity of the work, allowing every session to be executed with intention, clarity, and care.
