The Family Portrait Experience is designed to capture that connection with structured direction, refined composition, and intentional presence. Sessions may take place on-location or in studio depending on the desired aesthetic and availability. This is not a rushed park session. This is composed portrait direction designed to feel timeless and worthy of display. Whether immediate family or multi-generational gathering, each session is guided to ensure confident, natural results. Included In This Experience: • Up To 60 Minutes Of Coverage • Structured Group Portraits • Individual Portraits Within The Family • Guided Posing And Composition • 20 Final Images Delivered Via Private Online Gallery • Full Gallery Available As An Upgrade Coverage Includes Locations Within 15 Miles Of Clinton, MD. Travel Beyond This Range May Require An Additional Fee. Add-On Options Studio Session Upgrade – $175 Includes studio rental coordination and reserved studio time. Heirloom Print Credit Upgrade – $200 Includes $300 Print Credit Toward Albums Or Wall Art. Extended Family Participation – $125 Additional Time – $175 Per Additional 30 Minutes Rush Gallery Delivery (72 Hours) – $125 Full Gallery Upgrade – $225
Cancellation Policy
All sessions booked with KLS Image Photography are subject to the following general policies to ensure a seamless, professional experience for every client. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured upon completion of the booking process. Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Requests made within 72 hours of the session are considered final, as time and preparation have been reserved exclusively for your booking. Online booking is available for eligible services and may be completed up to 12 months in advance. Some services may have minimum booking windows or limited availability based on location, scope, or season. KLS Image Photography reserves the right to manage availability, adjust schedules when necessary, and ensure each session receives the appropriate level of preparation, creative direction, and attention. These policies are in place to protect both the client experience and the integrity of the work, allowing every session to be executed with intention, clarity, and care.
