This portrait experience is directed with clarity and composure to create refined imagery that reflects your connection with intention and presence. Each session is intentionally structured to produce elevated portraits designed for announcements, save-the-dates, and enduring keepsakes. Session includes: • On-location portrait session • Guided posing and visual direction • Refined editorial composition • Professional retouching • Private online gallery delivery • Print and artwork access Availability is limited to preserve direction and quality. SESSION OPTIONS Signature Engagement Session – $750 Focused portrait experience at one intentional location. Includes: • One location • One wardrobe look • 12 final retouched images Engagement Editorial Session – $1,050 Expanded portrait experience incorporating wardrobe variation and location movement. Includes: • Up to two nearby locations • Two wardrobe looks • 20 final retouched images Proposal Coverage – $1,200 Discreet documentation of the proposal moment followed by guided portraits preserving the significance of the occasion. Includes: • Proposal documentation • Directed portraits following the proposal • 15 final retouched images ADD-ONS Additional 30 Minutes – $250 Additional Location (within 15 minute radius) – $200 Rush Delivery (72 hours) – $175 Fine Art Print Credit – Custom Additional Wardrobe Look – $150
Cancellation Policy
All sessions booked with KLS Image Photography are subject to the following general policies to ensure a seamless, professional experience for every client. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured upon completion of the booking process. Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Requests made within 72 hours of the session are considered final, as time and preparation have been reserved exclusively for your booking. Online booking is available for eligible services and may be completed up to 12 months in advance. Some services may have minimum booking windows or limited availability based on location, scope, or season. KLS Image Photography reserves the right to manage availability, adjust schedules when necessary, and ensure each session receives the appropriate level of preparation, creative direction, and attention. These policies are in place to protect both the client experience and the integrity of the work, allowing every session to be executed with intention, clarity, and care.
