The ceremony, portraits together, family, wedding party, and time to capture the celebration as it unfolds. Your final gallery is professionally edited and delivered in high resolution through a private online gallery. Coverage Details: Coverage time: 4 hours Turnaround time: 7–10 business days Retainer & payment: 50% non-refundable retainer required to reserve your date; remaining balance due 1 week before the wedding Available Add-Ons: Additional hour of coverage Second photographer Engagement session Bridal portrait session Rush turnaround The heart of the day, without needing the entire day.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions booked with KLS Image Photography are subject to the following general policies to ensure a seamless, professional experience for every client. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured upon completion of the booking process. Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Requests made within 72 hours of the session are considered final, as time and preparation have been reserved exclusively for your booking. Online booking is available for eligible services and may be completed up to 12 months in advance. Some services may have minimum booking windows or limited availability based on location, scope, or season. KLS Image Photography reserves the right to manage availability, adjust schedules when necessary, and ensure each session receives the appropriate level of preparation, creative direction, and attention. These policies are in place to protect both the client experience and the integrity of the work, allowing every session to be executed with intention, clarity, and care.
