Every Brand Authority Session is approached with an editorial eye — focusing on how you present yourself across your brand, marketing, and digital platforms. This isn't about simply taking photos. It's about creating imagery that reflects your presence and positions you as the authority you already are. You'll be guided through every moment of the session, so you never feel unsure. Your natural personality and confidence will come through in a way that feels completely authentic to you. Cancellation Policy
All sessions booked with KLS Image Photography are subject to the following general policies to ensure a seamless, professional experience for every client. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured upon completion of the booking process. Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Requests made within 72 hours of the session are considered final, as time and preparation have been reserved exclusively for your booking. Online booking is available for eligible services and may be completed up to 12 months in advance. Some services may have minimum booking windows or limited availability based on location, scope, or season. KLS Image Photography reserves the right to manage availability, adjust schedules when necessary, and ensure each session receives the appropriate level of preparation, creative direction, and attention. These policies are in place to protect both the client experience and the integrity of the work, allowing every session to be executed with intention, clarity, and care.
