How many people can I bring to my Christmas Mini Session?
Each session includes up to 5 people. If you have a larger family or would like to include extended family members, you’re welcome to book two back-to-back sessions to ensure everyone gets proper time in front of the camera. Please note that session times are structured and must begin and end on schedule to stay on track for the day.
What should we wear for our photos?
We recommend coordinating, not matching.
Neutrals, deep greens, rich reds, gold, cream, and metallic accents photograph beautifully with both our luxury holiday backdrops. Avoid overly busy patterns or neon tones, which can clash with the set. For the most timeless results, choose textures like knits, velvet, or satin — they add depth and elegance under the lights.
💡 Pro Tip: Lay out your outfits ahead of time and bring lint rollers or small accessories to add polish right before your session.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand that life happens! You can reschedule once at no charge if you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Because these mini sessions are limited and high-demand, each booking reserves a valuable time slot. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help you find a new date if available.
When will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive a link to your private online gallery within 5-7 business days of your session.
Your gallery will include your 7 edited digital images for download, with the option to purchase additional edits, full gallery upgrades, or prints directly through your gallery.
Need them sooner? A 48-hour rush delivery upgrade is available for an additional fee.
Can I order prints, holiday cards, or gifts?
Absolutely! After your gallery is delivered, you’ll have the option to order high-quality prints, canvases, and holiday cards directly through your online gallery.
What happens if we arrive late?
We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you receive your full 20-minute session.
Because sessions are booked back-to-back, late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time. Unfortunately, we cannot extend sessions beyond the scheduled time to stay on track for the day.
