From two hours to full-day experiences, this service adapts to your event’s flow while maintaining refined composition and intentional documentation throughout. 📸 Includes: • Two to twelve hours of event coverage • Professionally edited, high-resolution images • Coverage of guests, details, performances, and atmosphere • Private online gallery for viewing, download, and sharing 📌 Ideal for: Corporate events • Galas • Conferences • Festivals • Multi-segment or large-scale productions
Cancellation Policy
All sessions booked with KLS Image Photography are subject to the following general policies to ensure a seamless, professional experience for every client. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured upon completion of the booking process. Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Requests made within 72 hours of the session are considered final, as time and preparation have been reserved exclusively for your booking. Online booking is available for eligible services and may be completed up to 12 months in advance. Some services may have minimum booking windows or limited availability based on location, scope, or season. KLS Image Photography reserves the right to manage availability, adjust schedules when necessary, and ensure each session receives the appropriate level of preparation, creative direction, and attention. These policies are in place to protect both the client experience and the integrity of the work, allowing every session to be executed with intention, clarity, and care.
