Booking Policies – ESSENCE Fest 2025 🔒 Booking & Payment Full payment is required to secure your time slot. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Slots are limited and may sell out. Payments are accepted via credit/debit card through a secure checkout link provided upon booking. 📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations Due to the nature of travel and festival scheduling, all bookings are final and non-refundable. If you’re running late, please text or email immediately. Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time. Rescheduling will be considered only if an emergency arises and time permits within the festival window. 🖼️ Delivery & Turnaround Image delivery will occur via a private online gallery: Editorial Mini Sessions: Within 48 hours Brand Activation Coverage: Within 72 hours You’ll receive a download link for your selected images. Unedited images are not provided. 💼 Usage Rights Your booking includes personal and editorial usage only. For brand campaigns, advertisements, website banners, or any form of commercial use, a commercial license must be purchased per image ($250 per image). The photographer retains full copyright and reserves the right to use images for portfolio and promotional use unless requested otherwise in writing. 💡 Additional Notes Sessions take place outdoors or on-location near the ESSENCE Festival footprint in New Orleans. Kia the Creator is a credentialed media photographer at ESSENCE Fest 2025 but is not affiliated with the ESSENCE brand or its official press team.
