Includes: • 60-minute guided editorial portrait session • Studio or single on-location setup • Pre-session wardrobe and intention guidance • Executive-level posing and expression direction • 15 fully retouched, true-to-color images • Professional usage for web, social media, press, and marketing materials with limited commercial license • Private image selection gallery Ideal for: • Senior leaders and executives • Founders and CEOs • Speakers and thought leaders • Professionals building high-level visibility Rate: $1,850 Payment structure: $750 deposit paid online at booking $1,100 balance due 72 hours prior to session
Cancellation Policy
All sessions booked with KLS Image Photography are subject to the following general policies to ensure a seamless, professional experience for every client. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured upon completion of the booking process. Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Requests made within 72 hours of the session are considered final, as time and preparation have been reserved exclusively for your booking. Online booking is available for eligible services and may be completed up to 12 months in advance. Some services may have minimum booking windows or limited availability based on location, scope, or season. KLS Image Photography reserves the right to manage availability, adjust schedules when necessary, and ensure each session receives the appropriate level of preparation, creative direction, and attention. These policies are in place to protect both the client experience and the integrity of the work, allowing every session to be executed with intention, clarity, and care.
