I understand my full payment is due at booking and is non-refundable, but transferable in the event of weather or emergency at the photographer’s discretion.
I agree to arrive on time (10 minutes early recommended) and understand late arrivals may shorten my session.
I acknowledge my session includes pumpkin patch access and one pumpkin up to 20 lbs.
I understand my session includes a set number of edited images (Mini: 7 images | Signature: 15 images) delivered via online gallery within 5 business days.
I grant KLS Image Photography permission to use select images for marketing or portfolio purposes unless I email kls.image.photos@gmail.com
I release KLS Image Photography and Montpelier Farms from liability for injury, loss, or damage during my session.
