Q: Are you officially approved to shoot at ESSENCE Fest?
A: Yes! I hold Silver Media Access Credentials for ESSENCE Festival 2025. That means I have official clearance to cover select daytime programming, brand activations, and cultural events inside the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and surrounding areas. While Silver Access does not include main-stage concerts or talent pit access, I’ll be positioned to cover the core energy of the weekend — and your activation or event — with full legitimacy and editorial quality.
Q: Where will Editorial Mini Sessions take place?
A: Mini sessions will be held outdoors near the Convention Center, in a walkable, stylish, and editorial-friendly location. I’ll share the exact meet-up spot in your confirmation email. These are shot using natural light to create clean, vibrant, scroll-stopping portraits.
Q: When will I get my photos?
A:
— Editorial Minis: Next-day turnaround (within 24 hours)
— Brand Activations: Full gallery delivered next day

Takeover: 20-image preview next day, full gallery within 48 hours

Q: What’s included in the Commercial Use License for Brand Activations?
A: The Brand Activation package includes a limited commercial use license for up to 10 images. You can use those images for:
Social media platforms, Email marketing or newsletters, Website or blog, Internal presentations, Press or media recaps
❌ This license does not cover use in paid ads, resale, third-party transfer, or product packaging. If you'd like to use more than 10 images commercially, licensing is available per image ($50) or for the full gallery at a flat rate.
Q: Do you bring a Step & Repeat or custom backdrop setup?
A: No. If you have a branded Step & Repeat or media wall already on-site, I can absolutely photograph it as an add-on. However, I do not provide physical backdrops, banners, or staging.
Q: Can I use the photos however I want?

— Images may not be resold, transferred to third parties, or used for product advertising without proper licensing. I retain full copyright as the creator.
Q: How do I pay and secure my booking?
A: Payment is due in full at the time of booking to confirm your session. Due to the limited availability and high demand during ESSENCE Festival weekend, all bookings are first-come, first-served and must be paid in advance. You’ll receive a secure payment link immediately after submitting your booking form. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Your slot is only confirmed once payment is received.
